heterostructures (MODFETs), including

_        Molecular Beam Epitaxy (growth and maintenance, 4 years experience)

_        Growth of GaAs and InP based heterostructures

_        Semiconductor processing, optical lithography, wet chemical etching  techniques,

          thermal and e-beam metal evaporation

_        Electrical characterization techniques;

Hall and photo-conductive measurements

Low temperature, high magnetic field, magnetoresistance measurements
